Mark Kerns
Mark Kerns is a seasoned senior executive with a distinguished career working with leading global and regional banks including Standard Bank where he was Head of Investor Services. He has held senior roles at The Bank of New York, JP Morgan, Bankers Trust and The WM Company. His experience embraces business ownership roles, client and sales management, product management leadership, strategy and corporate development within the post trade and securities services industry. Mark is a Global Custodian Legend inductee and has received a Lifetime Achievement award from Global Investor.

Richard Barnsdale
Richard Barnsdale has over 20 years’ experience in the asset services industry working in a range of business transformation and strategy roles with responsibility for market analysis, strategic planning and business governance. He has experience in joint ventures, acquisitions, integration programs and product management in the investment services businesses at BNY Mellon, Citibank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Steve Dyson
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services’ industry and has held senior positions in the Wealth Management sector as Operations Director for Schroders Private Bank and Head of Product Development for State Street's Wealth Manager Services division. In addition, he has worked at The Bank of New York where he managed their enterprise level global banking relationships and at Citisoft Consultants where he was Head of European Business Development. This experience enables him to deliver a unique insight into strategy, trends and challenges facing the industry. Steve is a regular keynote speaker at Wealth Management events and is often quoted in the press. He also acts as a judge for the WealthBriefing European, Swiss and Channel Islands Awards and the Private Banking & Wealth Management London Awards.

Anant Barchha
Anant Barchha is a seasoned financial services professional who has built a successful career over 25 years in performance & risk analytics including leadership roles with major global custodians and asset managers covering product development, operational management, client consulting and all aspects of business management. Anant's contributions have significantly benefitted Asset Owners and Asset Managers in developing data, processing and analytic reporting solutions when evaluating and monitoring their investment programs. Peter Christmas
Peter has over 35 years of experience working in the asset servicing industry, with a broad expertise of the financial services landscape across a variety of sectors globally, including significant experience with asset managers, wealth managers and investment banks. In his executive career, Peter specialised in senior client facing roles, including managing director positions at Pershing and Standard Chartered Bank. Most recently he was Head of Client Management and Business Development at Natwest Trustee and Depository Services. Peter has a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and spent the early part of his career working in Systems Development roles in Government and Finance. He also holds the IMC Part 1 and 2 qualification as well as the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA.

Margaret Delman has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in investment governance, fiduciary oversight, and regulatory compliance. She has worked with pension schemes, sovereign funds, and asset owners across EMEA, strengthening governance frameworks and improving operational transparency. Her executive career includes senior roles at Mercer, CAF Investments, and Commerzbank, spanning governance, risk, investments, treasury, and institutional client management. Margaret also serves as a Judge for Fund Europe, contributing her expertise to industry-leading assessments and best-practice standards.
As an FCA-approved Non-Executive Director and Chair, Margaret provides independent challenge, strategic direction, and rigorous oversight across audit, risk, and compliance functions. She is recognised for her clarity of judgement, strong governance leadership, and ability to guide organisations through complex regulatory and operational change, supporting long-term resilience and sustainable growth.
